The sunglasses didn’t arrive yet and should have been here between 14 July and 19 July. Still waiting …..

Same problem as many people: WHY put on your website sunglasses are in stock while they are NOT.

Great service. My Montblanc sunglasses came 5 days earlier than expected and whilst the price wasn’t the absolute cheapest ( I tend to avoid the cheapest deal) it was very good.
For the record they are absolutely 100% genuine and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend.

Sunglasses supposed to arrive yesterday at the latest, but checking the order online I see they are still preparing it, so I ask them what's going on and they tell me they are still producing the sunglasses and they don't know when they're going to be ready. I suppose if I didn't ask them I would have waited months because they didn't bother to tell me the product I paid for was not available. Poor customer service and organization, still waiting for them to reply at my email where I ask the refund.

Professional service and rapid delivery

I contacted 3 times to cancel my order & heard nothing back from them at any time. Decided to wait until the goods arrived so I could send them back, but I am still waiting past the delivery date. No goods, no response & no refund.
